BookingAgent Inc. (“BookingAgent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to your satisfaction with our Platform and services. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for requesting refunds, cancellations, and related matters for all BookingAgent subscription plans and services.
This policy applies to all subscription tiers (Solo, Professional, and Enterprise) and add-on services offered through bookingagent.com.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
1.1 Eligibility
New customers are eligible for our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with BookingAgent within your first thirty (30) days of service, you may request a full refund of your subscription fees.
1.2 What’s Refundable
- Base subscription fees (Solo, Professional, or Enterprise plan fees)
- Add-on module fees (Additional Venues, Hotel Organizer, Additional Team Members)
1.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following fees and charges are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Onboarding fees
- Implementation fees
- Data migration services
- Custom development work
- Custom feature development
- API integration setup fees
- Training and consultation fees
- Third-party fees or charges
- Any services already rendered or consumed
1.4 How to Request
To request a refund under our 30-day guarantee:
- Submit a request to billing@bookingagent.com within 30 days of your initial subscription start date
- Include your account information and reason for cancellation
- Allow 5-10 business days for processing
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day satisfaction period:
- Cancellations require thirty (30) days advance written notice
- Notice must be sent to billing@bookingagent.com
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time
2.2 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly billing plans:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle
- You retain access to the Platform until the end of the paid period
- No partial month refunds are provided
- Auto-renewal will be disabled upon cancellation confirmation
2.3 Annual Subscriptions
For annual billing plans:
- No prorated refunds are available for annual subscriptions after the 30-day guarantee period
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual term
- You retain access to the Platform until the end of your paid annual period
- Auto-renewal will be disabled upon cancellation confirmation
- Downgrades to lower tiers take effect at the next renewal date
3. Refund Processing
3.1 Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within:
- 5-10 business days for credit card payments
- 10-15 business days for ACH/bank transfers
- 15-20 business days for other payment methods
3.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. We cannot provide refunds via alternative payment methods.
3.3 Currency and Fees
- Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment
- Any currency conversion fees or bank charges are the customer’s responsibility
- Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable
4. Subscription Modifications
4.1 Upgrades
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately
- You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period
- Upgraded features become available upon payment confirmation
4.2 Downgrades
- Plan downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period
- No refunds or credits for the price difference during the current period
- You retain higher-tier features until the end of your current billing period
4.2 Add-On Services
- Add-on services follow the same refund policy as base subscriptions
- Cancellation of add-ons requires 30 days notice
- No prorated refunds for partial periods
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Service Interruptions
In the event of extended service interruptions caused by BookingAgent:
- Service outages under 24 hours: No refunds or credits
- Service outages 24-72 hours: Prorated service credit for affected period
- Service outages exceeding 72 hours: Eligible for full month refund upon request
5.2 Terms of Service Violations
Users who violate our Terms of Service:
- Are not eligible for refunds
- May have their accounts terminated immediately
- Forfeit any prepaid subscription fees
5.3 Chargebacks and Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate account suspension
- Accounts will remain suspended until the dispute is resolved
- Disputed amounts may be sent to collections
- Legal fees and collection costs may be added to the outstanding balance
6. Enterprise and Custom Agreements
Enterprise customers with negotiated contracts may have different refund terms as specified in their individual agreements. Custom agreement terms supersede this general refund policy
7. Price Changes
7.1 Notification
We will provide at least sixty (60) days notice before any price increases to existing customers.
7.2 Grandfathering
- Annual subscription holders are protected from price increases until their next renewal
- Monthly subscribers may cancel within 30 days of price change notification for a full refund of the current month
8. Data Retention Upon Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- Your data remains accessible for 30 days
- After 30 days, we may delete your account data
- Data export must be requested before cancellation becomes effective
- We are not responsible for data loss after the 30-day retention period

10. Policy Modifications
BookingAgent reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
11. Applicable Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain consumer rights, and in such cases, only exclusions permissible under applicable law will apply
12. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I get a refund if I don’t use all my plan features?
A: No. Refunds are not provided for unused features or services.
Q: What if I forgot to cancel before my renewal?
A: Renewals are final. We do not provide refunds for failure to cancel before renewal dates.
Q: Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?
A: We do not currently offer subscription pausing. You may cancel and re-subscribe when ready to resume.
